My brief story

I entered sales in 2006 after hitting rock bottom—battling depression, dropping out of college, failing as a professional soccer player and NYC DJ, drowning in $35K of debt, and ultimately declaring Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

However, these "scars" became the foundation for developing my superpowers, and sales became the ideal vehicle to leverage them.

Over the next 16 years, I systematically focused on organizing myself, stacking unique skills and capabilities, developing frameworks for better decisions, designing experiences that helped others buy what I sold, teaching myself fiscal responsibility and investing, writing online with an authentic voice so opportunities would come to me, and architecting autonomy so my wife and I could live life fully on our terms.

This wasn't easy and certainly hasn't been without traps—inner turmoil, distractions, and fighting back hustle culture—but it's been highly satisfying and rewarding.

I climbed from SMB to Strategic Accounts across multiple industries. During my last four years in corporate selling to Fortune 500 brands at a mid-cap, public AI company, I closed $50M in total contract value translating to $27.3M in annual recurring revenue. I earned more in those final four years ($3.8M+) than in the previous 12 years combined.

That allowed me to walk away from the corporate world at age 42, start my own one-person business, and take full control over the next stage of my family's life with more calmness, clarity, and confidence.

How to get the most from your membership

The Purposeful Performer is an ongoing, evergreen productized service that delivers weekly lessons with accompanying missions. Every quarter follows a specific learning path with a dedicated theme. Each lesson culminates with a practical mission housed in Notion, designed to make you more purposeful with your performance.

Expected commitment: Up to 15 minutes to read the lesson and 30 - 90 minutes to complete the mission.

The platform offers multi-sensory learning (written content and audio) and includes a personal scoreboard in Notion to track your progress. But you have to actually do the work! To keep costs accessible while maintaining quality, the program is self-guided with the support of the community.

Your supplemental support system includes:
